Operations Manager
Ken is the guy who makes sure your project actually finishes when we say it will. He runs production day-to-day — scheduling crews, coordinating materials, and keeping every trade moving in sync. Customers love him because he picks up the phone, knows the answer, and tells it to you straight. Decades of hands-on roofing and exterior experience mean he's seen just about every wrinkle a home can throw at a job.
CFO
Keith is the steady-hand CFO who keeps HWT running with the same discipline and clarity our projects are known for. He oversees budgeting, financial strategy, and the operational systems that make every exterior job—from roofing to siding to full storm restoration—run smoothly. Keith’s background in construction finance gives homeowners confidence that materials, timelines, and project costs are managed with precision. He’s detail-driven, calm under pressure, and committed to ensuring every project is supported by solid numbers and even stronger communication.
Sales & Estimating
Jeff is usually the first HWT face homeowners meet. He's an expert at climbing a roof, sizing up storm damage, and explaining exactly what a homeowner is looking at — no fear-selling, no fine print. Jeff also handles insurance estimates and supplements, working directly with adjusters to make sure your claim covers what your roof actually needs. Honest, patient, and genuinely good at turning a stressful storm event into a clear plan forward.
Sales Processor & Business Administrator
Ben is the organizational backbone behind HWT’s sales and operations. As Sales Processor and Business Administrator, he turns signed projects into structured, ready-to-run workflows. Ben manages contract processing, material coordination, scheduling support, and the internal systems that keep projects moving smoothly from the first “yes” to the final walkthrough. Ben provides accurate project documentation and ensures communication stays clear and consistent.
His strength is building order, clarity, and efficiency into every exterior project HWT takes on.

Darian is the bridge between “yes” and the first steps of a well-run project. As Inside Sales, she takes each signed job and turns it into a clear, organized start. She confirms project details and keeps homeowners informed so the handoff from sales to production is smooth and predictable. Darian’s attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks between the agreement and the finished exterior.
Market Manager, Lubbock
Wyatt oversees HWT’s Lubbock operations with a focus on disciplined execution, clear communication, and consistent project quality. He manages sales performance, production flow, subcontractor coordination, and the day-to-day decisions that keep exterior projects moving smoothly. Wyatt’s leadership style is steady, accountable, and customer-focused — ensuring every job closes clean and every homeowner understands the process from start to finish.
