Josh founded HWT Construction with one mission: deliver Montana homeowners the kind of craftsmanship and straight talk that's getting harder to find. With years in roofing and exterior work across the Yellowstone Valley, Josh still personally walks every major project and makes sure every customer is treated the way he'd want his own family treated. Honest, hands-on, and proud to be building a Montana company from the ground up.
Production Manager
Ken is the guy who makes sure your project actually finishes when we say it will. He runs production day-to-day — scheduling crews, coordinating materials, and keeping every trade moving in sync. Customers love him because he picks up the phone, knows the answer, and tells it to you straight. Decades of hands-on roofing and exterior experience mean he's seen just about every wrinkle a Montana home can throw at a job.
Project Manager
Keith is the calm-under-pressure project manager every homeowner hopes they get. From the first walk-through to the final punch list, he keeps clients informed, contractors accountable, and the budget honest. Keith's specialty is the insurance-claim side — hail damage, storm restoration, and working hand-in-hand with adjusters — where the right paperwork and the right materials make all the difference. He thrives on the details most people never notice but always feel.
Sales & Estimating
Jeff is usually the first HWT face homeowners meet. He's an expert at climbing a roof, sizing up storm damage, and explaining exactly what a homeowner is looking at — no fear-selling, no fine print. Jeff also handles insurance estimates and supplements, working directly with adjusters to make sure your claim covers what your roof actually needs. Honest, patient, and genuinely good at turning a stressful storm event into a clear plan forward.
Business Administrator
Ben keeps the HWT office running so the crews can stay focused on roofs. From billing and scheduling to permits and paperwork, he's the one making sure every project moves smoothly behind the scenes — and that homeowners always have a clear point of contact when they need one.
Sales Processor
Darian is the bridge between “yes” and “done.” Once a project is signed, she processes the contract, coordinates materials and insurance paperwork, and keeps homeowners in the loop every step of the way — so nothing falls through the cracks between the handshake and the finished roof.
